Requirements and limitations

Deploy dist with its _worker.js to your own Cloudflare Pages project. npm run dev provides local APIs. Historical DVF records are not valuations, current asking prices or legal surveys. Data coverage and service availability vary. Data-rebuild scripts are optional advanced tools and may require Python/geodata packages; the included data supports the supplied build.

AI-assisted code, text and graphics are disclosed. This is a source snapshot; exclusive ownership, domain names, seller accounts, hosting, ongoing updates and support services are not included. You may not resell the original proprietary source kit. Third-party licenses retain their own rights and conditions.

Credits and data

IGN imagery and RGE ALTI elevation; DGFiP/Etalab cadastre and DVF, Base Adresse Nationale (Licence Ouverte 2.0); OpenDataArchives historical Etalab records; OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Esri imagery and Mapzen DEM may be requested as fallback services; their service terms apply. Preserve in-app attribution. Landmark models: public/landmark-credits.html. Kenney assets retain their CC0 notice.
